I set up a dermatology appointment for a 1040 a.m. I thought I was going in to determine what course of action to take. I had a large mole on the back if my head that was turning into a reoccurring issue every time I got a haircut. Barbara Smith and her assistant were extremely professional and removed the mole and sent it off for a biopsy. Pinnacle is right! Top of their field.

I go here for everything skin and beauty! Jill has been amazing dealing with my sensitive / acne prone skin. She always knows exactly how to fix the issue I’m having. Kay is so talented when it comes to injecting. She does a really great consultation and asks for feedback during the procedure to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. It was also the most painless procedure I’ve had yet. I recommend Pinnacle Dermatology to everyone I talk to, it’s a gem!

This was the first time I ever had to do this type of surgery the doctor and nurse were fantastic . I will highly recommended them and pinnacle to all my friends and primary doctors who recommended their patients i.thank you all for your professionalism and the young lady that signed me.in she was a great help to me. I have no words to express the amount of professionalism, care and compassion and over all just omg love I was shown my first visit. From walking in the doors to meeting my provider and her assistant I’m just still speechless. I will trust them during my process because they legit are the truth and I am willing to go through whatever for my restoration of hair with them because of how I was treated today . You guys are top of my list of the best. From the front desk to everyone I say thank you for your love shown today …. I can’t wait to see what my results look like… Dr. Jill thank you so much for giving me hope and being the absolute sweetest on EARTH and to her assistant I thank you as well for being Johnny on the spot and just your care . I was finally seen more than 15 minutes past my scheduled appt time plus the nurse came into the room and spent all of 1 minute with me to discuss and freeze the area of concern in my scalp and told me to return in 10 weeks. I am not sure if this area on my scalp is possible cancer or what. Not the best visit.

Always a wonderful experience at Pinnacle. Dr Lehman is amazing, my whole family sees her and she’s great with my 7 year old as well. A warm and inviting environment and a great team.
